Was able to get an early appointment, was happy my problem was fully covered, I just hope the exercises work, because the pain in my shoulder has been getting worse .

I appreciate your very busy, but it would have been very good if I could have had a treatment to be applied to help ease the pain.

The receptionist was extremely helpful and I was seen quickly.

I telephoned the surgery several times last week to make an appointment but the calls were cut off immediately with no explanation. I hope this is not regular practice for elderly patients who need support or advice.
